Returns and refunds

f you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to me through email. Generally, I don't accept returns for products purchased through this shop, but I'm willing to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and will try to resolve the situation in a way that benefits both parties. That includes cancelling an order before it's shipped and issuing a refund, or offering an exchange for an item of equivalent value.
